With a background spanning education, disability services, and the NDIS, I bring over 20 years of experience supporting children, young people, and adults to achieve meaningful outcomes and improve their quality of life. My career has included roles in teaching, special education, early childhood intervention, support coordination, plan management, leadership, and training, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of the diverse needs of participants and their support networks.
As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, I take a person-centred, strengths-based approach, working collaboratively with participants, families, carers, and support teams to develop practical, evidence-based strategies that build capacity, increase independence, and enhance wellbeing. My focus is on creating positive, sustainable outcomes that help individuals reach their goals and live the life they choose.
